NoirRide is committed to providing transportation with attention to safety, comfort, discretion, and professional service.
- Professional chauffeur with a valid driver’s license and driving qualifications appropriate for the transportation provided.
- Vehicle operated in accordance with local transportation-for-hire rules and regulations.
- Seat belts are available for all passengers and expected to be worn at all times.
- Defensive, courteous driving with attention to posted speed limits, traffic laws, and road conditions.
- Responsible scheduling and rest breaks to help prevent driver fatigue.
Vehicle Standards
- Late-model black SUV maintained in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
- Routine inspections, maintenance, and safety checks performed regularly.
- The vehicle is cleaned and prepared regularly to support a professional passenger environment.
- Climate control, charging ports, and comfort features available for passenger use.
Insurance & Coverage
NoirRide operates with commercial auto insurance suitable for professional chauffeur service.
Reservation & Service Policies
- Reservations: Advance reservations are encouraged for airport transportation, business travel, special occasions, and other scheduled service. Same-day and short-notice transportation may be considered based on availability.
- Booking & Confirmation: Eligible standard airport transportation and straightforward hourly service can be priced and booked through NoirRide’s online booking system. Corporate, recurring, long-distance, custom, and more involved arrangements may require individual review before confirmation.
- Rates & Payment: Pricing may reflect the route, distance, date and time, duration, itinerary, and service requirements. Eligible online transportation displays applicable pricing through the booking process. Custom or more involved arrangements may be priced individually. Eligible online bookings may be paid through the secure checkout provided within the booking system. Payment arrangements for custom transportation are provided as part of the reservation process.
- Airport Pickups: For arriving airport pickups, flight information may be used to help coordinate pickup timing. Passengers should keep NoirRide informed of meaningful travel or baggage delays when practical.
- Reservation Changes: If your transportation details change, contact NoirRide as soon as practical. Requested changes are considered based on availability and the circumstances of the reservation.
Cancellations & Changes
- If your plans change or you no longer need the transportation, contact NoirRide as soon as practical. Any cancellation or modification terms that apply to a particular reservation or arrangement will be communicated as part of that reservation.
NoirRide maintains standards intended to support a safe, respectful, and professional transportation environment. Violence, harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, and unsafe behavior are not accepted.
- Substance Use: No chauffeur may operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that affects safe driving.
- Violence Or Harassment: Physical violence, verbal abuse, sexual harassment, discriminatory conduct, or threatening behavior is not tolerated.
- Discrimination: Drivers and riders must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or age.
- Passenger & Driver Safety: NoirRide may refuse, end, or decline future service when conduct threatens safety, involves harassment or discrimination, or otherwise makes continued transportation inappropriate.
- Reporting Misconduct: Incidents may be reported to NoirRide at admin@noirride.com.
Privacy Policy
NoirRide collects and processes information used to arrange, provide, and support transportation services. This may include your name, contact details, pickup and destination information, trip timing, service preferences, communications, and information generated through the booking and payment process.
- Information We Collect: Name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination information, trip date and time, service preferences, information voluntarily provided by the customer, and booking, payment, or communication information generated through use of NoirRide services.
- How We Use Information: To arrange and provide transportation, coordinate reservations and pickups, process payments, communicate about service, maintain business records, support customer service, and operate and improve NoirRide’s website and booking systems.
- What We Do Not Do: NoirRide does not sell or rent personal information.
- Sharing With Service Providers: Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with service providers that support NoirRide’s operations, including booking, payment processing, communications, technical services, and transportation arrangements.
- Your Choices: Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting admin@noirride.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
SMS Communications
If you provide a phone number, NoirRide may use it for transportation-related communications. Transactional text messages, when consent has been provided through an applicable booking or communication channel, may include reservation confirmations, pickup coordination, arrival notifications, reservation updates, and customer support communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase transportation services.
Terms & Conditions
NoirRide transportation services are subject to the policies described on this page and any applicable terms presented during booking or confirmed as part of a reservation. All rides are subject to availability, applicable laws, and local transportation-for-hire regulations. Pricing, policies, and service terms may be updated periodically. Any terms specifically applicable to an individual reservation should be communicated through the applicable booking or confirmation process.
