NoirRide Operates With Commercial Auto Insurance Suitable For A Professional Chauffeur Service. Proof Of Insurance Is Available Upon Request For Corporate Accounts And Event Planners.

Reservation & Service Policies

  • Reservations: Recommended For All Airport, Business, And Special-Event Trips. Same-Day And Last-Minute Requests Are Accepted Based On Availability.
  • Confirmation: After You Submit Your Booking Request, You’ll Receive A Follow-Up By Text, Call, Or Email With Confirmed Details And An Estimated Rate.
  • Rates & Payment: Rates Are Based On Trip Type, Distance, Duration, And Special Requirements. Payment Instructions Will Be Provided In Your Confirmation.
  • Wait Time: A Complimentary Grace Period Is Included At Pickup. Extended Wait Time May Be Billed In Additional Increments.
  • Airport Pickups: Flight Arrival Times Are Monitored Whenever A Flight Number Is Provided. Additional Wait Time May Apply For Delays Or Lost Baggage.
  • Changes: Simple Changes (Pickup Time, Address, Passenger Name) Are Usually Accommodated At No Charge When Received With Reasonable Notice.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: Please Notify NoirRide As Soon As Possible If Your Plans Change. A Cancellation Fee May Apply For Trips Canceled Close To Pickup Time.
  • No-Shows: If The Chauffeur Arrives At The Confirmed Pickup Location And Cannot Reach The Passenger After A Reasonable Waiting Period, The Trip May Be Billed As A No-Show.

NoirRide Maintains A Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy For Misconduct, Harassment, Violence, And Substance Use While Using The NoirRide Service Or Platform.

  • Substance Use: The Use Or Possession Of Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Or Any Substance That Impairs Driving Ability Is Strictly Prohibited While Using The NoirRide Service Or Platform.
  • Violence Or Harassment: Physical Violence, Verbal Abuse, Or Any Form Of Harassment — Including Sexual, Discriminatory, Or Threatening Behavior — Is Not Tolerated.
  • Discrimination: Drivers And Riders Must Not Discriminate Based On Race, Color, Religion, National Origin, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Disability, Or Age.
  • Passenger & Driver Safety: Any Behavior That Compromises Another Person’s Safety Or Comfort May Lead To Suspension Or Termination Of Service.
  • Reporting Misconduct: Incidents Or Violations May Be Reported To NoirRide At info@noirride.com. All Reports Are Reviewed And May Be Shared With The Appropriate Authorities When Required By Law.

Enforcement Actions May Include Immediate Suspension Or Permanent Removal From The Service.
