NoirRide LLC operates as a pre-arranged luxury chauffeur and private transportation service. All fares are disclosed to the customer prior to confirmation of the reservation. No street hails are accepted.
Important: Final pricing may vary based on distance, duration, date/time, vehicle availability, airport procedures, wait time, tolls/parking, and specific service requirements. Any adjustments are disclosed prior to confirmation.
Rates are determined based on factors including, but not limited to:
- Distance and/or duration of the trip
- Type of service requested (airport transfer, hourly service, point-to-point, special events)
- Vehicle type and availability
- Date, time, and specific service requirements
NoirRide LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. No driver may operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances. If impairment is suspected, service may be refused and appropriate action may be taken to ensure safety.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request. Customers requiring wheelchair-accessible transportation are encouraged to notify NoirRide LLC at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Customers may submit complaints regarding transportation-for-hire services to the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1 or by using the City of Dallas 3-1-1 service portal.
