NoirRide operates with visible compliance, professional standards, and accountability across Dallas–Fort Worth. This page explains how we protect passengers, chauffeurs, and the quality of every reserved ride.

Safety & Professional Standards

Your safety and comfort are NoirRide’s first priority. Every trip is operated with care, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Professional chauffeur with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Vehicle operated in accordance with local transportation-for-hire rules and regulations.
  • Seat belts are available for all passengers and expected to be worn at all times.
  • Defensive, courteous driving with posted speed limits and traffic laws strictly followed.
  • Responsible scheduling and rest breaks to help prevent driver fatigue.

Vehicle Standards

  • Late-model black SUV maintained in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
  • Routine inspections, maintenance, and safety checks performed regularly.
  • Interior cleaned between rides; high-touch surfaces wiped down frequently.
  • Climate control, charging ports, and comfort features available for passenger use.

Insurance & Coverage

NoirRide operates with commercial auto insurance suitable for professional chauffeur service. Proof of insurance is available upon request for corporate accounts and event planners.

Reservation & Service Policies

  • Reservations: Recommended for airport, business, and special-event trips. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability.
  • Confirmation: After submitting a booking request, you will receive confirmed details and an estimated or final rate by text, call, or email.
  • Rates & Payment: Rates are based on trip type, distance, duration, and service requirements. Payment instructions are provided in your confirmation.
  • Wait Time: A complimentary grace period is included at pickup. Extended wait time may be billed in additional increments.
  • Airport Pickups: Flight arrival times are monitored when a flight number is provided. Additional wait time may apply for delays or lost baggage.
  • Changes: Simple changes may be accommodated at no charge when received with reasonable notice.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: Please notify NoirRide as soon as possible if your plans change. A cancellation fee may apply for trips canceled close to pickup time.
  • No-Shows: If the chauffeur arrives at the confirmed pickup location and cannot reach the passenger after a reasonable waiting period, the trip may be billed as a no-show.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Respect. Safety. Professionalism.

NoirRide maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, harassment, violence, discrimination, and substance use while using NoirRide service.

  • Substance Use: Alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that impairs driving ability is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence Or Harassment: Physical violence, verbal abuse, sexual harassment, discriminatory conduct, or threatening behavior is not tolerated.
  • Discrimination: Drivers and riders must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or age.
  • Passenger & Driver Safety: Any behavior that compromises another person’s safety or comfort may lead to suspension or termination of service.
  • Reporting Misconduct: Incidents may be reported to NoirRide at admin@noirride.com.

Enforcement actions may include immediate suspension or permanent removal from service.

Privacy Policy

NoirRide collects only the information needed to confirm and complete your trip, including your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off information, trip timing, and service preferences.

  • Information We Collect: Name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, trip dates and times, and notes or preferences you choose to share.
  • How We Use It: To confirm and operate your trip, coordinate scheduling, send updates, and maintain service quality.
  • What We Do Not Do: Personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.
  • Sharing With Partners: Information may be shared only as needed with payment processors or trusted transportation partners involved in your trip.
  • Your Choices: You may request updates or removal of trip information by contacting admin@noirride.com.

By booking or using NoirRide, you agree to these policies and any written terms included in your trip confirmation. All rides are subject to availability, applicable laws, and local transportation-for-hire regulations. Rates, fees, and policies may change periodically.
